Danyel Barber

Director of Mission Programs

Danyel Barber-Neal is the Director of Mission Programs at Goodwill of Southern Nevada. In her role, Danyel oversees outreach and enrollment, training partnerships, grant management, and development of front-line staff in support of Goodwill train-to-hire programs and career services.

Her experience as a workforce development and training professional includes tenure with Equus Workforce Solutions. Previously, Danyel was employed at UnitedHealthcare, where she served as an operations supervisor for the Medicare Advantage program.

She is a member of the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP), completed the 10-month Vegas Chamber Leadership Advance training program, and attended Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Ill., not far from her hometown of Chicago.

Danyel, her husband, and three children have called North Las Vegas home since 2015.

When she is not serving the Goodwill mission, Danyel enjoys crafting, travel, and spending time with family and friends.
