Lindsay Seguin

Director of Program Operations

Lindsay Seguin serves as Director of Program Operations at Goodwill of Southern Nevada (Goodwill®). Her responsibilities encompass data analytics, quality control, and grant support, all of which contribute to Goodwill workforce development programs that expand employment opportunities for the community.

A dedicated workforce development professional, Lindsay's passion for making a positive impact has led to numerous achievements since joining Goodwill in 2016. Lindsay spearheaded the organization’s first-ever national Committee for Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) accreditation in 2022; implementation of the Opportunity Accelerator job and career development framework; and internal initiatives affecting hundreds of Goodwill team members.

In acknowledgement of her impact, in 2020 Goodwill Industries International (GII) recognized Lindsay as Outstanding Facilitator and appointed her to a GII Opportunity Accelerator Fellowship.

Lindsay pursued her education at Fort Lewis College and remains actively involved in the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Lindsay has called North Las Vegas home since 2016. When not serving Goodwill’s mission, Lindsay and her sons Tristan and Matthew enjoy reading, writing, attending Las Vegas Aces games, music concerts and events, culinary experiences, and traveling.
