COMMUNITY SERVICE VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION
Eligibility Requirements
Community Service Work Volunteers (“Volunteers”) must be (a) at least 18 years of age, (b) 16 or 17 years old with the following requirements:
Parent or guardian must consent to underage Volunteer’s participation.
Volunteer and parent/guardian must complete the registration process together.
Parent/guardian must accompany the 16-year-old Volunteers to each appointment; 17-year-olds may complete hours individually
Court-ordered community service workers must present court-issued time sheet supporting their referral to Goodwill of Southern Nevada at the time of orientation.
Community Work Experience Program (CWEP) Volunteers must present their Referral for Service form issued by the Division of Welfare and Supportive Services at the time of orientation.
A valid Photo ID is required at the time of Orientation.
The completion of this application gives permission to Goodwill of Southern Nevada to perform a criminal background check, as necessary.
