COMMUNITY SERVICE VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION

Eligibility Requirements

  • Community Service Work Volunteers (“Volunteers”) must be (a) at least 18 years of age, (b) 16 or 17 years old with the following requirements:

  1. Parent or guardian must consent to underage Volunteer’s participation.

  2. Volunteer and parent/guardian must complete the registration process together.

  3. Parent/guardian must accompany the 16-year-old Volunteers to each appointment; 17-year-olds may complete hours individually

  • Court-ordered community service workers must present court-issued time sheet supporting their referral to Goodwill of Southern Nevada at the time of orientation.

  • Community Work Experience Program (CWEP) Volunteers must present their Referral for Service form issued by the Division of Welfare and Supportive Services at the time of orientation.

  • A valid Photo ID is required at the time of Orientation.

  • The completion of this application gives permission to Goodwill of Southern Nevada to perform a criminal background check, as necessary.
