Sales Associate

Customers at our retail stores rely on Sales Associates for friendly service and a quality experience. Whether assisting customers, tending to the sales floor, or operating a register, Sales Associates are the heartbeat of Goodwill stores.

Merchandise Processor

By sorting and attaching price tags to donations, Merchandise Processors are key drivers of each store’s production and sales goals — and Goodwill’s impact on the community.

Donation Attendant

Located at each of our 17 retail stores or attended donation centers, Donation Attendants assist customers and donors unload donations, provide donation receipts, and sort donated goods by category, all while offering excellent customer service.
