Store Manager in Training
The Store Manager in Training enters a training program to prepare an individual to manage overall operations in a Goodwill store. Responsibilities include overseeing the proper handling and processing of incoming donations, personnel management, financial performance, and asset protection. In the absence of the Store Manager, the Manager in Training is responsible for the overall operations of the store.
Production Manager in Training
The Production Manager in Training enters a training program to prepare an individual to be a Production Manager (Assistant Manager). This position is responsible for handling and processing incoming donations, tracking production goals, ensuring quality and quantity, as well as managing the retail production staff.
Customer Service Manager
The Customer Service Manager leads the front-end operations of the Store to maximize sales performance through proper merchandising and quality customer service. They will direct, supervise, train, and evaluate the customer service supervisor, lead cashiers, and sales associates within their store.
Customer Service Supervisor
The Customer Service Supervisor assists in the front-end operations of the store to maximize sales performance through proper merchandising and quality customer service. They direct, supervise, and train lead cashiers and sales associates.
Production Supervisor
The Production Supervisor, in partnership with the Production Manager, is responsible for handling and processing of incoming donations, tracking production goals, and ensuring quality and quantity of retail production. They direct, supervise and train Lead Processors, Lead Donation Attendants, Donation Attendants, and Merchandise Processors.
