VIP SHOPPER PROGRAM POLICY

General Policy Statement

The Goodwill of Southern Nevada (Goodwill®) VIP Program (“Goodwill VIP Program”) is for loyal shoppers of Goodwill Retail Thrift Stores located in Southern Nevada. The Goodwill VIP Program includes the Goodwill Deja Blue Boutique, and excludes Goodwill of Clearance Centers. By becoming a member and receiving benefits, you agree to the Terms and Conditions that follow.

Eligibility

In order to become a member of the Goodwill VIP Program, you must be a resident of the United States, be at least 18 years of age when you register, and you must have an active telephone number, including area code. No corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, trusts, etc. are permitted, and we reserve the right to limit the number of members. There are no membership fees associated with the Goodwill VIP Program.

Joining the Program

Step 1: Complete the registration form at a Goodwill Retail Store at the time of checkout. The name provided must match your photo ID to claim and receive Benefits.

Step 2: A Goodwill Sales Associate will collect your information and in exchange, you will receive your VIP benefits immediately. Your ID is a required part of membership signup and must be shown each time you claim and redeem certain offers as dictated by Goodwill. While there are some offers which do not require presentation of a card, in order to claim other offers, Goodwill VIP Program members must provide their telephone number or email to a Goodwill Retail Team Member. Goodwill VIP Program members may be asked to present photo ID at any time to validate their account information.

Managing Your Personal Profile

Your profile information will be used to keep in touch with you and notify you of your offers. To update your profile details, please email VIPCard@snGoodwill.org.

Privacy Policy

All profile information shared with Goodwill by members of the Goodwill VIP Program, including their names, addresses, emails, telephone numbers, etc., shall be kept strictly confidential by Goodwill and its Team Members.

Goodwill will not sell, trade, or share any of its Goodwill VIP Program lists, or identifiable information about its members, with other organizations or commercial enterprises. Sharing information for audits by independent accountants and for regulatory or accrediting inquiries will not be deemed a violation of this policy.

Program Benefits

By being a registered member of the Goodwill VIP Program, you will receive:

  • Ditch the card, keep the benefits!

Only one offer is redeemable per visit. Offers and discounts cannot be combined and are limited to one per transaction.

Changes to Program or Benefits

We have the right at any time, with or without giving you prior notice, to: end the Goodwill VIP Program and/or any specific benefit; change any program benefits we; change the requirements for earning a benefits; change the time you have in which to redeem a benefit; and change any other feature of the Goodwill VIP Program.

If we decide to end the Goodwill VIP Program or a specific benefit, we will provide Goodwill VIP Program members 30 days notice either by emailing you at the email address listed in your Goodwill VIP Program account or by posting a notice on http://Goodwill.Vegas/VIP.

Benefits have no cash value, and upon termination of the Goodwill VIP Program or a specific benefit, unused offers will expire and will not be redeemable for cash or any other form of compensation.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that when you enroll in the Goodwill VIP Program you are agreeing to waive your rights under any law that may require us to obtain judicial permission to change these Terms and Conditions or to end the Goodwill VIP Program.

Restrictions

Each member of the Goodwill VIP Program must have a valid telephone number (including area code) or email. Offers are non-transferable and cannot be shared with family members, friends or other Goodwill VIP Program members. By joining the Goodwill VIP Program, you are opting in to receive up to 4 recurring emails or 10 autodialed SMS messages per month from Goodwill of Southern Nevada. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. Consent not required for purchase. You may stop the receipt of future text messages at any time by replying STOP to 99001. You may update your account settings for your messages by visiting Goodwill.Vegas/VIP.

Summary Terms & Conditions: Our mobile text messages are intended for subscribers over the age of 18 and are delivered via USA short code 99001 and 76000. You may receive up to 10 message(s) per month for text alerts. Message and data rates may apply. This service is available to persons with text-capable phones subscribing to carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile®, Sprint, Metro or MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile USA, Cincinnati Bell, Centennial Wireless, Unicel, U.S. Cellular®, and Boost. How and When Membership May End

You may cancel your Goodwill VIP Program membership at any time. To cancel your account email servicedesk@snGoodwill.org, or call +1 7022142000. As soon as you cancel your membership, all unused offers will expire.

To cancel your VIP Text Message alerts, you can reply “STOP” to 99001.

To cancel your email alerts, click “unsubscribe” in the bottom of the email.

You will receive a confirmation message cancelling your alerts. Members are eligible to stay enrolled in the Goodwill VIP Program and opt out of receiving alerts from text or email.

Goodwill may cancel your Goodwill VIP Program membership if we determine you are not eligible to be a member of the Goodwill VIP Program or you have violated these Terms and Conditions. We may cancel some or all of your offers if we determine that you received the offers due to an error, through fraud or deception, or in any manner not authorized by these Terms and Conditions. We also reserve the right to refuse membership to any member who violates the in-store policies.

Limit on Liability

In this Limit on Liability section of the Terms and Conditions, Goodwill, doing business as Goodwill Retail Stores in Las Vegas, Nevada, its subsidiaries (Deja Blue Boutique, Goodwill Clearance Centers), their directors, officers, employees, agents, are referred to as Goodwill Parties. By enrolling in and participating in the Goodwill VIP Program, you agree that none of the Goodwill Parties shall be responsible or liable to you for: (1) any claim, loss, injury, damage, delay, accident, cost or expense, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to the Goodwill VIP Program, these Terms and Conditions, and the Website; (2) any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages, arising out of or related to the Goodwill VIP Program, these Rules, the Website, (3) any failure, delay or decision by Goodwill Parties in administering the Goodwill VIP Program, or any unauthorized use of your Goodwill VIP Program Benefits; (4) any data security breach as to the information you provide to enroll in the Goodwill VIP Program that is beyond our reasonable control; (5) any representation, claim, offer or statement we make about the Goodwill VIP Program; and (6) any offers you receive through the Goodwill VIP Program.

No Guarantee

Goodwill does not represent or warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information contained in the Website (Goodwill.Vegas, GoodwillVegas.org, gwsn.org, sngoodwill.org, and all related domains) or that the Website (Goodwill.Vegas GoodwillVegas.org, gwsn.org, sngoodwill.org, and all related domains) will be available to you 100% of the time.
